Shipping FAQ

How much is shipping?
Free Shipping on all orders over $50, all the time!

For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated in the shopping cart based on the products you have ordered and your shipping address. Check cart for details.

What company will it be shipped with?
We ship each bike via FedEx ground, USPS or UPS.

How long will shipping take?
Build times will vary but most bikes are built and shipped within 3 business days. For transit times for shipping please take a look at the following map for an estimate of delivery time. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate, actual ship time may vary. We ship all bikes from Fort Collins, Colorado

Will I get tracking information?
Most bikes are built in two to three business days and shipped the next. As soon as your bike has been built and shipped you will get a notification email with a tracking number.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes. We offer a flat rate shipping through USPS. See details at check out or chat with our team below.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
